Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to complete the maze?
Visitors should plan for approximately one hour to complete the maze in its entirety.
What happens if I get super lost?
There are twelve numbered signposts throughout the maze that display the questions to our maze game as well as the phone number to our Pumpkin Shack. If you need assistance, you are welcome to call the number for verbal directions or, if needed, to request someone to come in and get you.
Is there an easier option for small children?
Yes! We have a separate, smaller Kids Maze to give small children a fun corn maze experience. It takes only 5-10 minutes to do and is free!
Can my kids brave the maze on their own?
All children age 15 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult (someone age 16 and over). Please, no more than three children to one adult. This is for safety reasons, as a lost child in the maze would require first responders to come locate them.
Is the maze wheelchair and/or stroller accessible?
Our maze is wide enough for wheelchair access. Visitors with small children are invited to bring their stroller or small wagon to give little legs a rest. Be aware that the paths are uneven outdoor terrain and are not paved.
Can I bring my dog into the corn maze?
Sorry, but no animals are allowed inside the maze with the exception of trained service dogs with documentation.
Can I bring my dog to the farm?
Leashed dogs are welcome to visit Scamman Farm with their owners, just not inside the corn maze. We require canine visitors to stay on leash at all times.
** There is no smoking or alcohol permitted on the farm property. **
